You can buy a gift voucher on our website. Just choose the amount and add to your basket like any other product.

Of course! Just purchase your voucher and add the recipient’s name and address in the delivery details. There is also a section in checkout where you can add your personal message for the gift card that accompanies the voucher.

Our gift vouchers are delivered via Royal Mail free of charge. There is also the option of next day delivery if you order before 1pm (charge applies).

With our free standard delivery the gift voucher should reach you in 2-5 days. If you choose next day delivery your voucher will arrive before 1pm the following day (terms and charges apply).

Our vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase or the last use.

This is no problem, just use the voucher code and then choose another method of payment for the remaining balance of your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T WISH TO USE THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE VOUCHER IN ONE ORDER? 2016-11-14T11:37:51+00:00

Any remaining balance after your order will remain valid for one year so you will be able to spend it at a later date.

You can check your gift voucher balance by going to ‘My Account‘.

ARE THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHARACTERS THAT I CAN HAVE EMBROIDERED ON AN ITEM? 2016-04-27T18:17:37+00:00

Yes, due to space restrictions, there are a maximum number of characters that can be embroidered onto an item. The number varies and with each product and is included in the product description. If you are having trouble with a longer name please call us and we may be able to assist you. Please note that on the smaller items as the number of characters increase the size of the font will decrease!

WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO INCLUDE A MOTIF ON SOME ITEMS? 2016-04-27T18:17:27+00:00

On a few items there just isn’t room to include an motif! One or two of our products already have a motif, therefore we don’t offer an additional one on these items.

All our gifts can include a free handwritten gift card in the parcel. Simply fill in your message when checking out.

Yes, we will send you an e-mail to tell you that your goods have been dispatched.

If the goods are faulty or we have made a mistake with the personalisation you may, of course, return the item for an exchange or refund and we will cover all the costs of the return. Unfortunately, because personalised goods are made to order they can only be returned if they are faulty or we have made an error.

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty or we have made a mistake with the personalisation please contact us at info@papucci.co.uk within 14 days and we will arrange for a full refund or replacement and provide you with instructions on returning the item to us. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of personalised items unless the goods are faulty or we have made an error. To that end please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details!

No! As many of our products are gifts sent directly to the recipient we do not include any price or invoice within the parcel. This will be sent directly to the email address provided by the purchaser. A gift card with a personal message can be included with the gift.

Standard delivery is free to the UK mainland for orders over £50 delivered to a single address.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED? 2016-04-27T18:16:27+00:00

For standard delivery we aim for goods to reach mainland UK addresses within 2-5 days of your order although during busy periods this cannot be guaranteed. If you use our Next Day delivery service and order before 12MD you will receive your goods the following day. International deliveries usually take between 4 and 10 days to arrive depending on the destination.

If you need an order urgently and have just missed the deadline please contact us and we will endeavor to help you as best we can.

If you realise that you have made a spelling error or other mistake in your embroidery choices please contact us as soon as possible. We will do whatever we can to try and resolve the problem but cannot guarantee to make changes if the item has already gone into production.

VAT is included in all our prices where applicable.

Our standard mainland UK delivery charges are £3.99 although there is FREE DELIVERY for orders over £50 delivered to a single address. Next day delivery is £8 99. At present, delivery to the Channel Islands is as mainland UK.

Delivery within Europe is £10.99 and delivery to the rest of the world is £25.99. Shipping times will vary for this service.
